Around Ghana

I really enjoyed talking to these kids on the
beach. No Nintendo for them. All of the kids had scars on their
faces; the gentleman behind me, had them all over his torso. They
were intentionally put there to identify them with their tribe.

Bill, in foreground, and I, were the first
two people in wheelchairs, in this jungle. This picture was taken
at a rare moment, when our guides and friends weren't carrying
me and Bill up or down hills or across shallow rivers.
